What is eyepin?
eyepin is an eMarketing software, which offers you various tools for creating your eMail newsletter campaigns.
eyepin is available either as an ASP-Service (eyepin Pro), or as a server license (eyepin Server).


Which browser is recommended?
We recommend Internet Explorer 5.5 for Windows and Mozilla Firefox for Apple.


How can I import my eMail addresses?
eyepin offers several options. You can import your address data:

• from your data base (such as Access)
• from your electronic spreadsheet programs (such as Excel)

How can I make sure, that my newsletter doesn’t end up in spam-filters?
We are constantly monitoring the transmission path in order to ensure that your email is recieved by the appropriate recipient.


Do I have to send a newsletter to all my addresses ?
No, you can define several address groups.


Can I send articles to specific recipients?
eyepin is equipped with a special filter that allows you to send articles to assigned individuals.


Can I send different topics to different recipients?
Articles can be assigned to one or multiple topics. The recipients only recieve articles in the topics that are relevant to them.


Can I find out who read my newsletter?
eyepin offers detailed and well structured reports which can give you an overview on how your eMarkting campaigns are performing.


Is it possible to provide my customers with sweepstakes?
Yes! The sweepstake module is also available.


Can I use dynamic data in my articles?
eyepin offers allows you to use dynamic fields or to address your clients directly.


Can I use external links in my articles?
Of course! In the detailed reporting system, eyepin also allows you to view external link activity separately.


Can I use pictures or graphics in my articles?
eyepin offers an automatic picture re-sizing tool.


Can my customers manage their own contact information?
Yes, your customers can change their data such as addresses, arrange breaks in delivery or change topics of interest.


Are my customers able to unsubscribe?
Yes, your customers can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Customers that have unsubscribed are transferred to a black list which hinders you to import their address in the future. Only the customers themselves can subscribe again.


Which languages are available?
eyepin is available in German, English and Polish.


Can I address my customers individualy?
You can use standard or individual salutations.


Can I create my own templates?
eyepin offers existing templates or the opertunity to create your own.

How can I implement newly acquired addresses into the system?
You may enter the addresses as CSV data.
